This is an automatic PLC machine for the mechanical application of a self-locking insert to avoid the loosening of the screws. It has a medium production capacity of 1200pcs / HR (max 1800pcs / HR) depending from the measures of the screws. It applies a nylon (or PVC) insert into the threaded part of the screws.
